Two manufacturing locations in the U.S.: Winchester, MA [Headquarters] and Greenfield, IN. MPI Release LLC provides "One Stop" service at cost-effective prices.

We have the capability to apply the precise silicone coating formulated to do the job, from a choice of Thermal, UV or EB Chemistries.

Thermal Curing
Our newest addition is an 87" [2210mm] wide, high-speed, Polytype Thermal Coater. The machine is fully-automated and can efficiently coat both sides of the web in one pass. The facility is equipped with a complete testing and quality control lab.

UV/EB Curing
Three wide-web coaters, up to 82" wide [2083mm], equipped with UV & EB curing units utilizing proprietary technologies. We use environmentally friendly, 100% solids only, solvent-free, coatings and adhesives.
The coaters convert materials from 48 gauge to 40 MIL thick.

These coaters are ideal for coating and curing heat sensitive substrates; they offer greater dimensional stability, durability and aesthetically superior finished products.

High Speed, Customized, Automated Slitting and Sheeting Capability
Both locations are capable of slitting and handling wide width and large diameter rolls. We provide this as a cost effective value-added service to our customers.

We can also provide custom sized sheets for your special product requirements, guillotined to trim on all 4 sides.
